ShopFoodEx.com is an online grocery shopping service that has been shipping groceries throughout the United States and to APO/FPO addresses since 2002. They have increased their market to international sales and offer over 11,000 grocery items on their website.

ShopFoodEx approached Immerge with an SEO challenge in Summer of 2012. They had launched their business and originally found success online, and they were looking to make a big push to grow their online sales.

After two previous vendors provided limited success, Immerge stepped into the picture. We initially provided Search Engine Optimization services only for the first 10 months. During this time, we saw steady improvement based on off-site work and recommendations to the client’s web developer on how to improve the code quality of the site.

Simultaneously, we kept our eye on what Google was doing with its various algorithm updates. We realized that Google would be placing more value in Google AdWords and recommended performing both services. We asked for a small investment from ShopFoodEx to show some results and test the waters. We continued to expand Google AdWords, then Bing AdWords, and now are providing full social media services.

ShopFoodEx had such tremendous success over their first year that they tripled their spend by the start of 2014.

ShopFoodEx has grown their online sales over 333% since we first began work on their campaign and are receiving about 12 for every $1 spend on improving their visibility through PPC advertising.

October 2014 was their best month of business in company history in their almost 13 year old business history.

The increased revenue has allowed them to expand their business to the international market and continue to increase their product line.
